First of all let me tell you a bit about my background.
I am a mobile engineer having 10+ years of experience in several companies(big and small size). As of now I am working in healthcare domain startup in Mumbai holding a key position as a core team member. I joined this organization as a first employee and have decent equity. It has been almost 3 years working here.

It has been always my dream to work for a reputed organization such as Amazon or Facebook read FANG from the very beginning of my career. Initial few years, I never thought I would be able to make it to these companies due to lack of self-confidence. But as I progressed in my career, with good exposure my confidence started to build up and started appearing for interviews for FANG companies from last 4-5 years. I appeared for both Facebook and Amazon for the 3rd time during the course of last 3 years and finally got through both of the companies interviews with locations London and Toronto respectively.

A while ago it seemed to me a far fetched dream, but now that I have these offers, somehow I am not that excited and I am rather inclined to continue with the same startup in which I am working right now. Wanted to know from the community if someone else has also faced this situation which could help me make a better move.
