Please help me, I am in a big dillema, I basically have 2 offers for the similar role, one at one of the Japanese E-Commerce giants(you might have probably guessed it), v/s another at one of the best healthcare startups in Silicon valley, both offering the same position.

One if offering me x LPA(the E-Commerce firm) v/s another is offering 1.66x LPA(the healthcare startup), so its basically a 66% more in terms of CTC, please help me decide which one should I go for.

If I go for the E-Commerce company, it definately adds value to my CV, and which will be better for future, and from a growth perspective, but I regret making less money with already another offer which pays me a lot more than this, I have tried negotiating with the E-Commerce firm but they are not ready to increase anything. So what should I do, go for money or go for brand?
