I am working in one of the reputed companies for the past 2 years. I am working extremely hard but haven't been promoted. Plus my salary is very less as compared to my peers. I want to switch job but the work load is so much that its not allowing me to study and I am losing my confidence since I was rejected by a couple of interviews. Please suggest what I should do.
