I have solved about 134 Medium, 78 Easy and 12 Hard questions on Leetcode and I am working on my DSA skills for about 1 year now, but when it comes to Google Kickstart, my performance is not very good, I am only able to solve 1-2 questions out of 4. So I have following 2 questions:

1. What the difference in difficulty level of Google Kickstart and Google Onsite for a new grad software engineering role?
2. Should I be worried about my preparation for Google Onsite if I am not able to solve Google Kickstart questions?
