I was wondering if someone could share their (or their friends etc) experience about work-life balance in FAANG companies?

I've heard Facebook and Google are great with 4 weeks annual leaves? Amazon on the other hand only gives 2 weeks? Uber even provides "unlimited leave". I also heard Uber's culture was kinda bad in the past but much improved now.

Most of what I "know" come from hearing from different sources but I know no one who are working in those companies personally to really confirm.

I understand everything is an opinion and even in the same company, different teams may have different culture. However it probably would be great to hear what everyone has to share.
