I believe most companies conduct phone screening interviews via Coderpad or something similar. I was wondering:
- If we need to write absolutely compilable code? I guess not since I believe we can't run code on Coderpad? Correct me if I'm wrong please.
- Can we share additional screens to interviewers? Normally I used an ipad to draw/brainstorm ideas, I found being stuck in a single screen make me much less efficient in solving problems. Not sure if that's the requirements or I can share ipad screen and take the interviewers through what I'm thinking? This is similar to whiteboard in onsite interviews so not sure if that's allowed?
- Are technical phone screening questions easier than onsite ones?
Thanks
