Microsoft offer stagnated due to COVID-19 - Please help

I gave the interview for Microsoft through hiring event in March and I was told by recruiter that the feedback was positive and someone will be coming up with numbers in a week. The one who talks about numbers reached out to me and scheduled a call after 10 days with title “Next steps with Microsoft”. when the date reached and during the call, he told that the interview went well but they are kind of on holding pattern in rolling out offers because of COVID-19 and he told that he will update in a week. In the next week, he told “ this is unfortunate, something you don’t like to hear and we are not rolling out offers”. After 1 month I emailed him saying there are number of new software engineer positions in careers website, can you please consider for those positions. He told me to apply those positions saying that he will reach out to recruiters directly instead of me. I did applied and communicated the same, he emailed 2 recruiters that are dealing with the positions I applied and by keeping me in the loop.

Out of those 2, one didn’t respond and other recruiter sent me a written assessment link and I completed that and she replied me saying the results were good and she will share my information with hiring managers. this happened in mid of May. But she didn’t reply afterwards.

considering all thease will it be possible to consider that positive feedback without giving interview again for any new software engineering positions and Can I pin my hopes on the offer.
how can I move forward from here and make the positive feedback on file to be considered for positions without giving the interview again. Any pointers would be appreciated. I finally managed to get the positive feedback after a long struggle and I don't want to happen this thing just vanish away.

How long can an interview feedback be valid before I need to give the interview again.?
