How should a fresh CSE graduate can prepare himself for getting software Engineering job in big tech company?
What should be the way of proceeding further for a fresh graduate who want secure a job in big tech company. He didn't do much developoing things. He did competitive programming, an average programmer who can solve easy-medium type problem and hard sometimes. His rating in codeforces is stable 1500, stable 1800 in codechef and in leetcode contests he can solve first 3 problems and sometimes 4th prbolem also. How much time should he give and what should his syllabus etc. Can you guyz give some concrete thoughts?
If he want to put 1year for preparing himself, how should he proceed?
