I have been working on Android in startups for 9 years and am planning now to switch to bigger companies for stability and brand value.
There are few posts of experienced people moving to startups from bigger companies but not the other way around. I was wondering how the experience is to move from startups(less than 250 people) to bigger tech companies (FAANG). Any insight from people who have switched would be great.

• How much of an headache the added levels and bureaucracy is?
• How different is it to work in team with large no of devs?
• Do you have a voice in product decisions?
• How accessible are the resources? for eg, I could view almost all stats and analytics for different features and products.
• How much freedom you have in choosing between inhouse libraries vs some popular thrid party libraries?
