I generally don\'t get this many rejections but last week was wild. All three companies rejected me in New York and there is no proper feedback. Feedback is more like you are in our top choices but we decided to go with other candidate. \n\nAll my interviews went well, and I didn\'t get any feedback on any aspect of the interviews itself. In Janaury, I had great two offers and I accepted one but couldn\'t join because of coronavirus. I am currently on H1B visa so yeah things are slighty more difficult but I am still confused about what really happened.\n\nCompany interviewed - Citadel, Peloton and Flatiron Health\n\nCitadel told me I am technically strong but don\'t have any finance knowledge and the ramp up will be long. \n\nPeloton/Flatiron Health - It was a close call and we decided to go with other candidate\n\nWhat should I do now ?  Do you think my ask for high base pay and immigration status are hurting my chances ?
