Hello. I'll describe my situation first.
I've moved to US from Russia half a year ago and scince then I am looking for a job.
I've created a short 1 page resume that works great in Russia, but I don't have much calls here. Here is my resume.

And shortly about myself: J2 holder with work autorisation. PhD student with enough time for full time job. Have experience in IT. Request (now) 60.000$ per year, and the sum still decreasing.

Can you advice me something to increase my chances? Maybe your advices will be usefull for other people in similar siruation.
