Please anyone help me out from my Dilemma.

I graduated 2018 from tier 3 college. Has 1.8 years of experience

My Present Salaray: 12 Lakhs ( 10.5 Fixed +1.5 Variable Pay)
I was currently working in fintech company.

Now I want to switch my career. Recently I attempted couple of top tech companies even i was failed in online coding round and for some companies even my resume not qualfied. From past two months I was very frustated about myself about my poor problem solving skills.

You can assess me with my below details:

1. Till now didn't particapte in any coding contests like no profile codeChef, codeForces etc.
2. Recently I was came to know about Leetcode. I solved some 20-40 questions. Even some of easy level questions becoming difficult for me. Only able to think brute force and some what oprimized not fully.

Now how to crack coding interviews and online rounds how should I prepare and also where can I apply top companies like Google, MicroSoft, Facebook, Amazon, Apple etc.

• Should I practice competitive programming like codeChef and CodeForces ( recently signin on Codechef and particpated one ongoing context my mind struck at 4th question how poor i am).
• Or Should I concentrate on Leetcode all level of problems and DataStructures and Algorthims but how and where can I apply for companies.

How to invlove most of time with programming ?

Please suggest me what should i do. If i didnt have any CP profiles will my resume shortlisted.

My mind too much distracting and frustrating.

I want to move to other company on Next Year between Jan and Feb etc.

Please give right advice to my career.
