I am a prefinal year CS student (starting final year in August) and I'm really worried whether I know anything or not. Sure, I could get better at Data Structures & Algorithms, solve a ton of Leetcode questions and maybe even crack an interview to get into a great company. But what scares me the most is, what after I get in?

The only programming language that I'm alright at is Java & that's all I know. I don't know how to "build" anything with Java with respect to what is used in Industry, things like REST API, Spring Boot, SOAP etc.

I'm not even sure what kind of work a SDE does when he joins a company & what skills are expected of him.
I've been really confused lately and feeling like I don't know shit.

My interest also inclines more towards web dev but idk if I'm going right, whether I should spend my time on interview prep or learning java stuff like spring or get into JavaScript. Confused as hell and not sure what to do.

Placements at my university will probably start as soon as this Corona thing gets over, maybe by mid-August and I have around 50 days atleast to prepare. Please help me decide what I should spend my time on.

Do recruiters expect recent grads to have just problem solving and algorithmic skills or do they expect you to have real world skills too? Should I keep problem solving & interview prep in Java and maybe alongside learn JS because I'm interested in it? What should I do...

Looking for advice from people who have more experience than me. Any help would be appreciated.
