After waiting for more than a week, I got an email from a recruiter with following email :

Team has decided to move with someone else...The team enjoyed speaking with you and liked your background, and the manager has decided to share your resume with a few other teams.  

How do you respond to such email ? What does this kind of email exactly means ? If you were rejected for the team, does it make any sense to talk with other teams in the same company...
