Given the COVID-19 situation it seems rather obvious that the recruiting procedures of Big-N companies have been affected. It seems that things are getting back to normal(at least thats the way the media portrays it), but, how would multiple rounds of holistic interviews happen given the current situation? I wanted to know if there are students/people who are planning to apply in August 2020 for fulltime positions in the summer of 2021. There is a sufficient amount of rigour associated with in-person onsite interviews. Would the companies be recruiting less candidates this year due to their possible inability to carry out onsite interviews? Or would their recruitment cycle be unaffected?
