Hi Guys,

I am Software enginer on small company at California making arround $120k with 10 year exp. Edu: MS Computer scince.
Living with wife and two kids.

Recently selected on Amazon SDE II with base $150k at Seattle.

• House are really expesive like 800k base house.
• Living cost too high.
• Big company name in Bio.
• Will learn lots of new tech stack and high level coding standand.

And one more small company offer me as Tech Lead with $85k where no coding invole at Atlanta.

• House are really like 200-300k average with dream house with great school
• Living cost too low.
• Company name does not matter if I am looking for long term.
• Direct reporting person will be Company Owner.

I know at the end I have to take decesion but getting too much confuse.
