As lots of companies are currently conducting onsite interviews virtually, I wanted to know about your experiences and answers to some of these questions:

1. Do you prefer face-to-face interviews or virtual interviews, your pros/cons?
2. What do you think about System Design interviews in a virtual setting, as I've heard it can be pretty hard to convey your thoughts without a whiteboard?
3. Your opinion on whether one should continue interviewing virtually or to wait till this pandemic has slowed down.
