Hi, I'm a new grad at university in Eastern Europe, I haven't won anything big like ACM ICPC or Google Hash Code, but I always took part. I have a year of experience in a small local company. I applied for roles like internship and new grad in more than 15 different companies and all I got is "thanks for your interest in this role". Please help me, what should I do to get at least phone screen, so I can prove my knowledge and passion, thanks. I hope this topic will be interesting for many students who want to get a dream job.
