Hi! I know this question has been posted hundreds of times, but I just got hit with another rejection today after making it to the final round interview. I'm looking for new grad positions (BS) and I've interviewed with Google and Facebook (made it to onsites and failed both) and made it to the onsite for a smaller, but similarly competitive company. In every onsite interview, there’s usually one question that I get completely stumped on, so I’m not too surprised when I get the rejection.
At this point, I'm not really sure what to change in terms of preparation because I feel interviews are half luck in terms of the questions asked. I’ve only done a little over 100 Leetcode problems, but that is mainly because I try to focus my preparation on *** sessions.
I feel somewhat numb to rejections, but I honestly don’t know what I should focus on to improve. Also, I don’t think my issue is white boarding because I actually feel a lot more comfortable coding on a whiteboard than on a shared screen. Should I focus on doing more Leetcode problems? If you’ve been in this situation, please let me know what helped you! Any advice would be helpful!
