Hi All,\n\nI have been working in the US for almost 1.5 years now in a support role. We have a trading application which many clients uses and I am handling 3 clients. But I am not at all happy with what I am doing. But the thing is I understand the DS algo concepts in theory but when I start solving any questions revolving around tree, DFS BFS, I am mostly confused on how to proceed. I want to switch in a development role where I can learn while doing the work I do in the office. Currently I have to do some coding, I\'ll have to work on some internal projects with no support from the team more like a self learning. I am confused if I should focus on leetcoding and system design and try for a switch or work on an internal project in my current company? \n\nPlease guide me.
