Last year I failed my on-site for a graduate SWE position.

About one month ago I re-contacted my recruiter since they told me to contact them again in one year in the feedback from the on-site. At the time they told me that they weren't hiring for graduate postion. By looking at the job site of Google there seemed to be indeed some sort of hiring freeze in my region.

But now there seems to have more offer and I'm debating contacting them again. However there are 2 things that I am wondering about:

1. Should I wait a little bit more just to be sure
2. There are no job offers for graduate position. But I have graduated since more than one year now and have been working in the industry. Should I really be applying to a graduate position and, if no, how much can my current recruiter help me?
