I\'m a P.Eng. in Canada.\n\nIt\'s only now that I\'ve realized that I\'m very low paid and see no financial future for me in this field.\n\nI want to get into backend software development. Is there any hope for me if I just learn online here and have no experience? I live in Canada and will companies in USA hire me with such low qualifications.
