I am currently working at AWS as SDE-1 (almost 1 year)

I also have an offer from Microsoft Azure for SDE-2 (Better pay than what I would get at Amazon even if I get promtoted to SDE2)

But how would Microsoft look on resume / learning curve / growth opportunities
