Hi Friends, Having attended only 2 interviews in my 20+ year career (last interview was 13yrs back), in looking for a career change, I was told every interview starts with algo problems like the ones in Leet code, then system design and HR. With this experience, have to apply for senior level positions. Any experience from anyone who went through interview process with similar experience??? Want to come out of Comfort Zone of working in a small, technologically not very advanced, company.
