I'm currently working in a company located in India which has a policy of serving mandatory 90 days notice period with no buy back option. My doubt is will this limit my opportunities for getting offer from Big N companies. Do they really wait for such long time for candidates. Did anyone faced this situation before or seen any person overcoming this. Please suggest me some ways to get rid of this.
