Hello Leetcoders,

I am a Java Developer with 6 years of experience. I have been applying for jobs on the carrier website of these companies. I never get a response from them even the rejection email. Everyday I see people post their interview experience with one of these companies. I would like to ask, What is the best approach to apply to these companies. I hope someone from this community could help.

Note: I tried to connect their employees on Linked In. They jus connect, never reply.
