I am Software Developer with an experience of 2 years in India. Within these I worked at 1 MNC for 1.5 years and at a startup for 4 months in that order. Recently I have joined a very renowned company(less than a month) and after joining I have got offer from another renowned company that is promoting me to SDE-2 with high increment as well. I need some genuine advice here. Should I take the offer? Will this appear bad on my resume? Is it too soon to switch?
