I have 5+ years of work-ex as backend engineer. Recently i have got offers from 2 companies. One of them is the listed company who has own products but overwork is required. Another one is an outsource company (EPAM SYSTEMS) without overwork.Both of which has equal compensation. I prefer relax work environment & long term develop , but i have not worked in outsource company,which one should i choose ?
