Bingo! I received an offer from Microsoft for intermediate level SWE and hope to accept in a couple of days. I have been a front end engineer so far but my goal is to be a SWE in the likes of Uber, Google, FB in the coming year or two. I want to get real time experience of distributed, scalable systems. In this perspective, I thought full stack would provide me the necessary learning and ramp up my skills. But I am not sure how I feel about .NET in C# though. The engineering manager is trying to understand my interests and I have half heartedly said I want to do full stack. I like developing apps end to end but would not like a technology that might not help my profile. Any suggestions/ advise?
