Hi,\nI am from India and I have done my under graduation from an IIT.\nI worked with Amazon as SDE 1 for around an year. Then joined Goldman sachs as Analyst-2 and have been working here since 10 months. In these 10 months, I earned quite a good reputation as the go to member in my team for any design discussions and other important decisions.  I would like to transition to SDE-2 in Amazon, Google or Uber. \nI would like to know the parameters on the basis of which these top tech companies decide whether the candidate is eligible to be employed as SDE-2.
