I'm currently on POST OPT (in the US) and recently got an offer from a company which is willing to start the process of filing H1B ASAP. I'm also interviewing with other companies and would most likely prefer to join those instead, if I get an offer. Can I switch employers after starting H1B process? If not, during which months in this year can I probably shift?
