Guys,

I prepared hard for 3 months and started giving interviews.The standard of online assessment is so hard these days that finishing 2-3 questions in 1hour is no joke.the description of problems will be so lengthy,it takes half of your time just to understand the problem statement. I figured out that just grinding LeetCode questions will help only if we have Phone screen or on-site interviews.solving 200-300 leetcode questions won't help if we can't clear online assessments only.

Clearning Online assessmnets is really a challenge.

How do you guys deal with online challenges?I am really devastated after failing online interviews :(
