I would like to know about the work culture, pressure and the work that a new grad gets to do at Amazon? I have heard that new grads do not get much opportunity to be part of feature development, but rather do maintenance & support work. Does anyone know the experience at Amazon for SDE1(new grad)? What are some things to keep in mind before joining Amazon?
