Hey, I am 2023 B.Tech CSE Graduate from VIT. I got SuperDream Offer (approx 18-20LPA) from an MNCs but it's onboarding got delayed till April of 2024. I have been applying to many jobs but I am not getting any callbacks, Recruiters do approach at times but keeps ghosting me.

I have 2-3month of SDE Experience in a small startup. I am studying DSA and System Design and aspiring to get SDE Job at Google/Apple and similar companies.

Is it possible for a fresher to get such job without experience with/without referral ? or I am doing anything wrong here?

Can some experienced SDEs help me out here ?
