I am working in financial bank (Goldman Sachs) with 3.3 years work ex. I got SDE-2 position at Flipkart. But while talking to employees there looks like they are doing overhiring(Not much work in most of teams). Given that uber,cowork and other companies have started firing. I am bit scared to join flipkart.
Pros:
Better paycheck Almost 50% hike on Base
Better work
Cons:
Risk of firing being funded by walmart that can backout soon
Please suggest. I have already made 2 switch in my 3.2 yrs of IT career.
