Hi , I applied for walmart labs ,msft and fb and gone till onsite. I have practised leet code for 3+ months and have 15 year of experience. Most of my past experience is in small companies. When I go to onsite, I get all coding questions correct and answer system design and behaviour based on experience but somehow nothing is turning into offer. What is lacking and where to get guidence ?
