In leetcode competitions, the top 20 can often be 4 or 5 times faster than someone at the 15th percentile. I wandering if this kind of people are also much faster/better than others at work? I think this quite important because for programmers, those with more free time to further enhance their skills will have a huge advantage over time.
I'm now a student and I could get a rank from ~200 to ~600 in competitions. I don't know what should I aim at, and when should I be satisfied. Looking forward to answers from more experienced leetcode users!
