Hello everyone! I am trying to find information on how much your previous formal dev experience weighs in new grad interviews (specifially top tier companies)? I have experience in cyber, have attended (and won) hackathons, and have worked on large projects for university. If I am able to do well on the interview, will my lack of dev internships play a huge role on if I get an offer or not?
