Hi guys,

I am an international student here in the US, and I am 10 months away from graduate with a Bachelor's degree in CS at my university. I had always wanted to have a chance to work here since I know it will benefit me tremendously with the experience I could get from here. I have been starting to apply for various jobs through my school's job portal and LinkedIn, etc, however, I have these questions I that hope you guys could help to guide me to the right direction:

1. I see a lot of jobs that have a requirement of a Bachelor's Degree, as of right now I have not yet graduate from my univerisity, so I am just wondering if this will have any effects when the recruiter look at my resume? ( I did put in the date that I will graduate from the school on my resume)

2. I know that graduate from a good university is always give you a higher edge in applying for job. So, do you have any advices for students like me who come from a less well-known university to be able to stand out from the other applicants? ( I have some side projects that I work on during school and free-time on Github but that is about it)

3. In order for me to work in the America, I will need help from my company to sponsor me a work Visa so I could be able to work here. As a result, it is harder for students like me to get chosen since it will cost the company more money compare to hire some else. I just wondering if anyone has a suggestion of any companies that are well-known for sponsor international students so I could apply for them.
