Can you folks help me in deciding which one to join?
PARAMS FOR CHOOSING FOR ME

1. Business Model / Product (Good)
   1. Both are good fintech/mobility, but Lk has some really bad glassdoor reviews, and its looks more like a corporate (political thing), with less authority.
2. Good Work + Good Processes (okay)
   1. JVM/Node stack in both places.
   2. Scale should be good - good scale.
3. Compensation.
   1. Both are paying almost equally.
4. Brand Name
5. WLB - Decent in both, learning towards Chalo.

CONCLUSION: Leaning towards Chalo a lot. With better scale,
and a good tech stack, Chalo looks like a closely-knit team. Bigger impact and more autonomy to do things.
