What is career about

I'm working as a software developer from past 6 years. I wanna share my personal opinions about Career.

Career is a very subjective and generic concept which changes per individual but some things can be finalized in a specific path of progress and career.

The initial state of this job more tends to learn instead of productivity. Once your basic concepts are strong then even you switch from one language to another or one framework to another then it won't affect you much and you also would be very fast in addictive these new changes.

In mid-state you are going to show the programming skills by syntax and logic to solve the problems or implementing any requirement. Meanwhile, you have to strong your debug skills to understand the code better and faster and also could analyze the impact on the existing system due to your change.

After this mid-state, you are going to think in the big picture of problems/requirements which you are going to solve/implement using your code.
Here come System/code designs in structure with the aspects of Scalability, Performance etc...
Here you have chosen technology stack as per your problem/requirement, you are going to delegate the things to other initial and mid-state guys.

But one thing should be absolute in any career at any phase as per my opinion, that is Learning. Your learning should never be stopped at any phase.
This keeps you updated and more confident. Learning also keeps a thrilling thing alive into you, sometimes monotonous work creates numbness and demotivation in your life.
So, whatever you are doing in your life. Keep learning new things and keep yourself energetic and very progressive.
