I'm curious what other Canadian coders on LeetCode are pursuing in terms of employment.

Are you staying in Canada? Are you working (or considering working) in the US? Or maybe elsewhere abroad?

What do you think about wage disparity between Canada and the US and the difference in quality of life, lifestyle, culture?

I ask because I'm a Canadian citizen looking to change careers to a development path, but it's not clear to me what I can/should pursue. Pay seems significantly better in the states, but I don't know how true that is. I'm also curious about visa routes people have taken (TN/H1b/etc) if you did move.

So, just curious about other people's paths :)
