Hi. I have offers from Oracle , ServiceNow , PayPal.
Offers:
Oracle : 28 LPA
ServiceNow : 35 LPA
Paypal : 46 LPA (Definitely very good given my current package (17 LPA) and I am 6 years experienced)

I am more interested in joining PayPal though. I am placed in Risk team. The thing is I am very much concerned about my work life balance over there as I am a newly working mother and I need to give time to my baby as well. Plus I am a little afraid because I think all in my team would be very talented individuals and I would have to work very hard to prove my worth.

Can someone help me out ?
