How is the sentiment inside Nutanix India right now? With stocks going to all time low, the compensation offered to me has sunk a lot. I heard same is with most of the people already working and people are going to leave soon.
Even after so much inflation in market there has been no change in compensation and nobody now wants to join.
To people already working at Nutanix India. Can you feel the same ? Or are these just rumours ?
However, I personally feel that the compensation being offered is stagnant since a long time and it is now less compared to industry standards, given their stocks are never rising.
What do you think ? Is it ok to join Nutanix or should I start searching for another job soon ?
