Hello Leetcoders,
Today I need some suggestions/guidance from you folks in evey aspect growth, opportnity, living expenses, life style, etc. I am a bit confused.

I am final year student from tier-1 college, living in Delhi (45-50 min travel to Gurugram).
I was offered an oncampus offer by Cure.fit with 20LPA base (location Banglore),
I researched a bit asked current employees and found that culture there is amazing, comparable to Amazon, etc. So I didn't tried a lot in offcampus, (only a few like D.E Shaw, Codenation, Uber, etc but didn't get any other offer)

but in May they said due to covid losses, etc. we want new grads to join in Jan 2023 not July 2022.
Now I didn't want a gap of 6 months that too what if even in Jan they delay or revoke offer.

So now in June I tried in a few off campus opening.

Got offer from,

• Navi (20 LPA base) bangalore (startup)
• Deutsche Telekom (13 base) gurugram (it's an MNC)
• Cure.fit (20 LPA base) bangalore, Jan 2023 joining (startup)
• Make my Trip (12 base) gurugram (iw done, final result not yet out)

Now, after exeriencing myself how unpredictable startups are, (they deferred offer even before joining)

Will it we worth for me to shift to Banglore for a startup??

I am thinking of going to "Deutsche Telekom". It follows hybrid model, so only a few days I will have to go from my home to office.

Also a lot of my friends say that we don't even get (base - tax) / 12 salary per month. So now I don't know how much will I even get with 20LPA base.

And that too I will have to settle in a new city, look for flats, traffic problems, cab problems, living alone, can't survide on outside food daily (I can't cook). The cost of living there looks to be high.
Even I will get 20LPA base but due to so many charges it seems it won't be too much different from 13 LPA in my city.

Even if I live with my friends at Bangalore as they are in different companies then we will have to take flat at location 7-8 Kms away from our offices.

So I am a bit confused what should I do. Which company should I join.
If you are working in anyone of these three companies (Cure.fit, Navi, Deutsche Telekom) or know about them, then it would be a great help if you could guide me.

And Ialso no matter which comapny I will join.
I will keep on trying to switch in big ones (FAANG, Microsoft, Atlassian, DE Shaw, Uber, etc) in near future, I will not stay in them from long.

I don;t have any family member in this field who can give me some guidance.

So I am hoping leetcode community will help me out.
