Hi, I am currently working as an Research Engineer in a product based company. I wish to switch back to SDE because I have noticed that without masters from a good institution getting into MAANGM as data scientist or research engineer is very very difficult and because I am losing interest in machine learning research. How difficult would it be for me to switch? and would my experience as Research Engineer count? Please help!
