Does anyone have new update in 2023?

Oracle completed my background checking, but I was informed hiring has been suspended till further instruction. They did not clear the reason behind this. Is there anyone face same sort of instance. Besides, anyone from previous experience can let me know how many days after tentatively they will lift this freeze or is there any chance they may abolish the recruitment & reject the selected guy?
