Greetings, everyone!\n   Recently, I joined one organization. The package and all the things are very good.  I researched the company profile before joining the company, and I was impressed. \n   \n   Once I joined the company, I realized everything JD had promised was a lie. Like they moved me to the support team rather than the backend team. In addition, the codebase is in a bad state. Both front-end and back-end code is in one repository.  No design patterns are followed. A lot of callbacks are used. Production issues are so frequent that I get 200 emails every day regarding production. \n   \n   \n   There are many problems here.  As I don\'t think I will learn anything new here, I decided to move on. Support issues are their priority, not technical solutions. \n   \n   \n   Is it alright professionally to leave a company because of such problems?
