Today I\'ve received an email from Microsoft `askHR` and `first advantage` for the background check without signing any final offer letter (I had signed interim offer 1 month back).\n\nMy application on action centre moved from Interview to Pre-onboard stage without going through offer stage. Thus, I receive no final offer letter from them. One of their (third party/ middleware) recruiter contacted me for location preference 2 weeks before. Further the job id and location mentioned in Pre-onboard stage on action centre isn\'t the one that I gave for preference. Now that person who called me from Microsoft isn\'t picking up my call. \n\nI am really confused and worried as the email mentions that I\'ve to upload documents within 24-48 hrs otherwise the link will expire. Is this a mistake done by Microsoft Recruiting?
