So Motivation to make this list comes after the appraisal season, after a disappointing appraisal season I saw many of my most hardworking colleagues quit.

Personaly I am comfortable, I am at 24LPA with 1.5 years of experience, I work at a famous Indian Decacorn, my work ethic and work-life balance allows me to make time for exploring a lot of my hobbies with wfh, so with the next switch I plan I would like to keep all these good things therefore, not planning to add any startups to this list.

So before the appraisal searon in the past 6 months I have seen multiple SDE1's from my company with salaries in the same 18-24 LPA ballpark, switch to other companies for bumper raises in the 38-45LPA.

Some of these companies were:

• Razorpay

So yes these will be at the beginning of the list, I plan to switch by the end of this year. And my only motivations to switch are

• seeing my equivalent colleaues bag ~100% and above hikes in past 6 months
• the absolute joke of an appraisal our company offered us

Conditions to add companies in the list

• 35-45LPA offers to candidates with 2 YOE
• offering complete/dynamic wfh
• have more than >200 employees
• Decent WLB reviews
